Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and schedules change. Out of respect for our customers and our cleaning team, we ask that all cancellations or reschedules be communicated as early as possible.

Notice Periods & Fees
  • 24+ hours’ notice: No fee. Reschedule or cancel at no cost.​

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.

  • Same-day cancellations / no-shows: 100% of the service price will be charged.​

Emergencies & Flexibility

We know true emergencies or illness may arise. Please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis to accommodate when reasonable.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations or reschedules must be communicated directly by phone, text, or email. Messages received outside business hours will be considered received the next business day.

Late cancellations impact both our ability to serve other customers and our employees’ schedules and income. Clear communication ensures we can continue to provide reliable, professional cleaning services for all of our clients.

Travel Fee

Juneau Cleaning serves customers within the area spanning West Linn to Sherwood.

  • Within Service Area: No additional travel fee applies.

  • Outside Service Area: A $30 travel fee per cleaning will be added to the invoice.

  • Travel fees are applied per visit and are non-refundable.

This fee covers employee time and mileage for locations beyond our standard service area to ensure fairness and efficiency in scheduling.

Minimum Hours Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and efficient use of employee time, Juneau Cleaning enforces the following minimum booking requirements:

  • Residential Cleanings: A 2-hour minimum applies to all residential cleaning services.

  • Move-Out Cleanings: A 4-hour minimum applies to all move-in and move-out cleaning services.

Minimums are billed regardless of whether the service requires the full time. This policy allows us to allocate staff effectively and maintain consistent service quality.
