3. SMS Text Messaging Program
Oregon Cleaning may communicate with clients via SMS text messaging for purposes including:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Schedule updates
• Service follow ups
• Invoices and payment notifications
• Customer support responses
• Limited promotional or service announcements
Message frequency varies depending on service activity and client interaction.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
4. Opt In and Opt Out
By providing your phone number during booking, estimate requests, or website form submissions, you consent to receive text messages from Oregon Cleaning related to your services.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text communications unless you re subscribe.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms provided on your invoice. Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, or other approved electronic payment methods.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide notice in accordance with our cancellation policy stated at booking. Late cancellations or no shows may result in a fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
While Oreogn Cleaning takes every reasonable precaution to protect client property, we are not liable for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected including name, address, phone number, and payment details is used solely for providing services and communicating with you.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
Oregon Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
